What happens after the 5-day trial?
Your account switches to read-only — you keep access to everything you entered, but can't create new requests until you subscribe. If you don't subscribe within 14 days of that, the data is permanently deleted. We email you before each step.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Enter your company name, your email and a password, confirm your email, and you're in. We only ask for payment details if you decide to subscribe.
What counts as a user?
Anyone who signs in — managers who file requests, approvers, and admins. The employees being onboarded don't need accounts and never count toward your limit.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, any time from your billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately. To move down a tier you'll need to be within the new plan's user limit first.
Where does the request actually go?
To whatever address your IT desk or helpdesk uses — as a formatted email with a PDF attached. On the Business plan it can be sent from your own domain so it threads correctly in your ticketing system.
Is our data isolated from other companies?
Yes. Every record is scoped to your organization and every request is checked against your account's organization before anything is returned. Passwords are hashed, and SMTP credentials and two-factor secrets are encrypted at rest.
